Berufsweg
Gerd Oskar Bausewein started his professional career as a trainer in adult training. From 1991 his field of activity was business-to-business communication. He has more than 16 years of experience in journalism and management in the private publishing sector. As managing editor and editor-in-chief, he was in charge of a number of professional publications, Web sites, conferences and workshops, which he positioned successfully on the German market. After becoming a publisher, he was able to develop his entrepreneurial capabilities and assume responsibility for the success of an integrated print, online and event business. Since December 2007 Gerd Oskar Bausewein is Head of Area Communication, Information and Dissemination at the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training, Cedefop.
